30-Day Return Policy!

We hope you are satisfied with your order. But in case you are not, we offer you the opportunity where you can return your products within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. 

How can I return?

To initiate a return, you need to follow the below mentioned steps.

  • Drop us a mail at info@leisuresuppliers.co.uk regarding your return
  • Mention a detailed description of the problem and high quality photos that can identify the problem
  • Do not forget to quote the order number
  • On acceptance, we will send you a return label and send you a guide on how to further move your package

Note: Items returned without a return request or non- approval of the request won’t be accepted. 

Must-have Product Conditions?

You must comply with a few conditions for your return request to be accepted. 

  • The article must be in original and saleable condition 
  • The original label and packaging should be intact
  • The product should not be used 
  • Proof of purchase such as invoice or order confirmation is necessary 

Damage Issues

If the item is defective, please contact us including a photo of the defect or damage, using the mail id: info@leisuresuppliers.co.uk. We will then advise you on the appropriate steps to arrange replacements, parts, repairs, or refunds as needed. Terms of use may  vary from product to product. Defective products can only be repaired or replaced after 30 days and no refunds will be given after that.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of perilous goods, flammable liquids or gas. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your particular item, please contact us. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds only if the customer has raised a return request for the order. In the above case, you can contact us at info@leisuresuppliers.co.uk, and we will process your refund. 

On receiving your refund request and after scrutinizing it, we will let you know that your request has been approved. The refund will be processed in your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take some time as bank approval is required. 

Can I get a product exchange?

The easiest way to get an exchange is to raise a return request and make another purchase for your desired product after it's approved. In this way, you will get your funds back and get a product of your choice. 

We don’t offer products of your choice in exchange for your return request.
