When will I receive my order? 

Leisure Suppliers offers standard shipping so that you can surprise your loved ones sitting far away. Shipping and delivery time can be best estimated when adding products to the cart and checkout. It is calculated based on your order, quantity, and delivery site. 

It usually takes approximately 48 hours to ship the order once it's placed. We only accept orders from the UK region, and do not accept international orders at this time. 

We understand that your order's timely arrival is important, and we are meticulously working to make it happen. The shipping and delivery timeframe may be longer than usual in these difficult times. Nevertheless, we are trying our best to deliver your orders on time. 

Can I get a discount?

We can’t promise discounts on each and every order. But what we can offer you is the promo codes and discount coupons. We will provide you with suitable discount codes and you yourself can choose amongst them. You can avail them easily when you proceed to checkout.

What is the delivery process?

Once your order is confirmed, it will be thoroughly scrutinized and scanned to ensure that the product is in perfect condition. After passing quality analysis, it is packed and handed over to a shipping partner. 

Our delivery partner will bring you the package as soon as possible. If you are unavailable at the address provided, or at your convenience, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

However, Leisure Suppliers is not responsible for delays with shipping (Shipping days may fluctuate depending upon location & weather conditions)

Do I have to bear the custom charges?

As of now we do not accept international orders, once we start we will update the policy and you can visit this page and get an update. The custom policies are different for every country; therefore, you have to check with your local customs office for additional information about the charges. 

Order not received yet?

If you still haven’t received the order, do the following (maybe this might help)-

  • Check the details of the delivery location and ensure that it’s correct.
  • Ask your neighbors if they have received it in your absence.
  • Track the order, and if its stuck, check with your local shipping courier (you will get this information with the tracking number)
